    October 9th, 2011 - First Blog

    Well, thanks for stopping by my blog.  This is my first entry (WooHoooo), and I guess I should take a moment to discuss why I am blogging.  Back 2006 I feel into a depression and actually put on I think close to sixty pounds!!!  Yes, major fat @ss!  Long story short this past January 2011, I got really sick in Brazil and back in the ended up at Alexandria Virginia Hospital’s emergency room in Northern Virginia getting my gallbladder remove.  Not Cool! 

    This was a wakeup call for me, and I decided to commit to a plant base dieting, and Bikram Yoga.  Thus far I have lost close to thirty pounds.  I have been very happy in my journey and I want to share it with everyone.  I will be enhancing the site with videos, photos, interviews, and so forth.  So  be patient :)

    I also plan to post the foods I am eating, and raw juices that will blow your mind.  See you in a few days..

    I am just a guy combining plant base foods and Bikram yoga to lose weight.

    Welcome to my blog! I set this blog to actually keep me accountable for I have been preaching, and also to maybe inspire others to take action in improving their health through plant base foods.
    My goal is to blog my diet and workout training, which is primarily Bikram Yoga, and Brazilian Jiujitsu. I want to disclose that I am in no way shape or form a health expert. My entire life is based on trail an error. My opinions are my views, and are not intended to be taken serious. I am just a dude trying to become enlighten through better living.
