I am just a guy combining plant base foods and Bikram yoga to lose weight.
Welcome to my blog! I set this blog to actually keep me accountable for I have been preaching, and also to maybe inspire others to take action in improving their health through plant base foods.
My goal is to blog my diet and workout training, which is primarily Bikram Yoga, and Brazilian Jiujitsu. I want to disclose that I am in no way shape or form a health expert. My entire life is based on trail an error. My opinions are my views, and are not intended to be taken serious. I am just a dude trying to become enlighten through better living.
